The MT6737 contains A53 cores with a frequency of 1.1 GHz, supporting 64-bit instructions, and in the MT6580 it’s A7 1.3 GHz, 32-bit cores. Graphics also differs: in 6737 the accelerator is Mali T720 MP2, and in 6580 – Mali 400 MP2. Both decisions are modest, and not playful.
There is not much difference in performance. Both chips demonstrate the minimum acceptable level of performance, the difference between them reaches 10-15 percent, in favor of MT6737. Points AnTuTu, depending on the chip, are 25-30 thousand. This is enough for the Internet, video viewing, correspondence, but for heavy toys is already not enough. That is, the same tanks will go, but at the minimum settings.

Alternatives to the Huawei Y3 2017 market is simply overcrowded. Each Chinese company has an almost identical in hardware smartphone, but at the same time equipped with HD IPS screen. The most notable of the competitors are Xiaomi Redmi 4A, Gretel A9, Doogee X5 Max Pro, Oukitel C5. All these smartphones are distinguished by the presence of more attractive 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM. Doogee also benefits from a large battery. And he, like Gretel A9, has a fingerprint scanner.
Of the more famous brands, the alternative is better to find more difficult. LG K5 X220 is almost similar to Huawei Y3 2017, and is equipped with the same screen. Samsung has a model Galaxy J3 (2016), which is slightly more expensive, but with an HD AMOLED screen, 1.5 GB of RAM and better autonomy.
